David Mapes

The simple phrase "The Details make the Difference!" is not only our guiding principle, but it's what sets us apart in how we transact business and interact with our clients. Since 1992, my wife Mary and I have worked together full-time, going the extra mile to ensure that every transaction is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

By working together we are able to provide our clients with different perspectives, greater accessibility and a broader range of skills and abilities. Many people couldn't work with their spouse, but our clients have found that our strengths complement each other to their benefit.

A native of west Michigan, I have been a resident of the Grand Rapids area for over 30 years. I hold an M.A. degree from Wayne State University and a B.A. degree from Western Michigan University.

I am actively involved in the Realtor community serving in several leadership positions. Additionally I volunteer my time and support to a number of local civic and charitable organizations. A strong advocate of the greater Grand Rapids area I enjoy reading, cars and sports.
